Heard Mr. V.Venkata Mayur, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The prayer of the writ petition reads as follows: ".........Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent No.4 in registering F.I.R., pursuant to receipt of complaint dated 21.03.2017 as being illegal , arbitrary and unconstitutional....."

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that pursuant to the complaint dated 21.03.2017, Crime No.80 of 2017, dated 14.07.2017 has been registered. By placing on record, the statement of Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
