THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13417 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.676 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur Guttala Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 506 read with 34 IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner present. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the case and filed the charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
