Heard Mr N.Rajeshwara Rao for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The prayer of the petitioner is against in action of 2nd respondent in proceeding on the complaints dated 10.09.2017 and 13.09.2017, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
After perusing the complaints and the and the affidavit, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent would look into the complaints in the light of directions issued by Honourable Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari vs. State of Uttar Pradesh1 and do the needful within fifteen (15) days from today.
The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
