2. Today, Mr. A.Krishnam Raju, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3/Bank, submitted that the Bank did not conduct auction. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, it is closed. If the bank issues a fresh notice, it is open to the petitioner to go before the appropriate forum.
