The petitioner prays for the following relief: "......the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of "WRIT OF MANDAMUS" declaring that the inaction of the Respondents No.2 to 4 in granting police aid in implementing the injunction orders in I.A.No.315/2017 in 0.S.No.712/2017 passed by the Hon'ble XVIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad in pursuance of the representation dated 29.08.2017 as illegal, arbitrary, void and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 29.08.2017 and grant police aid and implement injunction orders dated 12.07.2017 in I.A.No.315/2017 in O.S.No.712/2017 passed by the Hon'ble XVIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad in the interest of justice, and to pass .....
Now, the complaint of petitioner is that respondents 5 to 7 are interfering in civil disputes. The petitioner has already filed O.S.No.712 of 2017 in the Court of XVIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for perpetual injunction. The petitioner filed I.A.No.315 of 2017 for interim injunction and the trial Court granted ad-interim injunction restraining the unofficial resopdnents herein from interfering and dispossessing the petitioners from their property. The writ prayer, this Court is constrained to observe, is in addition to the remedies already being worked out before the XVIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. This Court is not persuaded to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner is required to work out the remedies in O.S.No.712 of 2017, which is pending before the trial Court. The petitioner is given liberty to file
an application before the trial Court for appropriate orders seeking police aid.
The writ petition fails and is, ac cordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
