ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 14.11.2014 in I.A.No.698 of 2014 in O.S.No.176 of 2012 on the file of learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

After arguing the case, Sri Raman Allu, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.183 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous. ____________________________
