THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos.34967 & 34997 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The petitioner is same in these two writ petitions and the writ petitions are filed for the following reliefs: W.P.No.34967 of 2017:

"..........writ of mandamus direct the respondents 2 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members in the hands of the respondents 5 to 9..........." W.P.No.34997 of 2017:

"..........writ of mandamus direct the 2nd respondent to change the Investigating Officer in FIR No.278 of 2017 of Yellandu Police Station to conduct a fair and transparent investigation of the said crime ........."

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) on instructions from Assistant Commissioner of Police informs the Court that the investigation in FIR.No.278 of 2017 is completed and the Investigating Officer would file the charge sheet within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Mr P.Narasimhulu, counsel for petitioner requests the Court to place the statement on record and dispose of the writ petitions.

By placing on record the statement of Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
