THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.35167 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".........writ of mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent with the collusion of the 4th respondent calling the petitioner for settlement of money matter to Gandhi Nagar Police Station through his Cell Phone No.9490616337, as illegal, arbitrary.........." The Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions which reads as follows:

"I humbly submit that the dispute of the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent herein is purely civil in nature and money transaction, hence, this respondent police of Gandhinagar Police Station no action whatsoever was taken on the complaint of the 4th respondent herein against the petitioner and advised her to seek her redressal in a competent civil court. On mere apprehension and having bore grudge against the 4th respondent herein, the petitioner filed the present writ petition with false and baseless allegations against the respondent police."

Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly by placing on record the above instructions. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
