HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.26468 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not approving the candidate recruited by the petitioner as Shift Operator at 220 KV Sub-Station, Parchuru under open category as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondents 2 and 3 to approve the candidate recruited by the petitioner as Shift Operator of the aforesaid 220 KV sub-station.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 26.06.2014 passed by the single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.17473 of 2014.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. Respondents Nos.2 & 3 are directed to approve candidate recruited by the petitioner as per list sent by him on 05.06.2015 for maintenance of 220 KV sub-station at Parchuru, Ongole District as per the terms and conditions. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
