Heard.

2. Petitioners state that they are owners of tractors and trailers, which are 17 in number, as mentioned in the prayer of the petition. The said vehicles were stated to be seized in connection with crime No.36 of 2015. Petitioners seek release in terms of GO Ms.No.186 dated 17.12.2013.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that large scale violation & illegal transportation of sand was noticed, which is subject matter of crime No.36 of 2015 registered on the complaint of respondent No.3 on 20.02.2015 and investigation is taken up. It is stated that the crime is registered as it is reported that 145 trips of illegal transportation of sand has taken place from Vilasnagar. It is stated that on 13.03.2015, the accused were arrested and vehicles were seized. The vehicles were deposited into the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, however, due to some objections, the vehicles could not be deposited and the respondent police are rectifying the objections and would submit the report to the said court.

4. Since the report is being submitted to the competent criminal court, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy after the report is submitted to the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
