This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of 3rd respondent in not registering the F.I.R., in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today, during the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, furnished a copy of the written instructions, dated 09.11.2017, submitted by the SubInspector of Police, C.C.C. Naspur Police Station, Mancherial district; according to which, on receipt of the petitioner's complaint through post, an entry was made in the Station General Diary of C.C.C. Naspur Police Station on 08.11.2017 and, thereafter, a case in Crime No.212 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 420, 167, 447, 427 and 506 R/w.34 I.P.C. was registered against the respondents 4 to 6 herein, and the investigation is pending, and submits that no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
