Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3. Counsel for petitioner submits that the complaint dated 28.07.2017 addressed to 2nd respondent was acknowledged on 29.07.2017 vide Serial No.757/ CCC/ NLA/ 17 and the petitioner would be satisfied, if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the complaint, dated 28.07.2017.

The Assistant Government Pleader, after perusing the acknowledgment and the complaint dated 28.07.2017, submits that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and dispose of complaint, dated 28.07.2017, within reasonable time. I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The 2nd respondent examines the complaint, dated 28.07.2017 received under acknowledgment Serial No.757/ CCC/ NLA/ 17, takes a decision and communicates the same to petitioner as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
