HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.36111 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " .... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of "WRIT OF MANDAMUS" declaring that the inaction of the Respondents No.2 to 4 in granting police aid in implementing the status quo orders of the Hon'ble IX Addl.Senior Civil Judge at LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy district passed in IA.No.1650/ 2016 in O.S.No.1737/ 2016, on 08.11.2016 in pursuance of the representation dated 24.10.2017 as illegal, arbitrary, void and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 24.10.2017 and grant police aid and implement status quo orders dated 08.11.2016 in I.A.No.1650/ 2016 in O.S.No.1737/ 2016 passed by the Hon'ble IX Addl.Senior Civil Judge at LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy District ...."

After perusing the material on record, this Court is of the view that the writ prayer is misconceived for against disobedience or otherwise of the status-quo order granted by the learned IX Additional Senior Civil Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner ought to have filed petitions for appropriate prayer before the Court where the lis is pending as on date. Hence, I see no reason to grant police aid as sought

for by the petitioner and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 01-11-2017 Prv
