THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34770 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr T.Koteshwara Prasad for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. The prayer of the petitioner is against in action of 2nd respondent in proceeding on the complaint dated 10.10.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on the oral instructions received today submits that the complaint dated 10.10.2017 is being attended to and the 2nd respondent would act in the matter as laid down by Honourable Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari vs. State of Uttar Pradesh1 and communicate the proceedings in the matter within fifteen (15) days from today.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
