THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.12662 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to call for the records relating to the order, dated 31.12.2013, in Original Application No.5189 of 2013 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') and quash the same.

2. It is stated that the impugned order passed by the Tribunal in the aforesaid Original Application has been implemented and no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
