Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dt.14.09.2016 stating that the 2nd respondent had reinstated the petitioner to the post of Mutawalli vide proceeding F.No.13/K/KL/2014/Z-IV, dt.06.08.2016 and that the cause of action does not survive in the Writ Petition and sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
