The only grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application, dated 10.05.2018, to the 2nd respondent for regularization of house site. As no action is taken on the said application, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application of petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the above referred application of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
