THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.29255 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner being aggrieved of the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in initiating action pursuant to the complaint, dated 03.06.2014, of the petitioner with respect to demolition of illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents 3 to 7. In the writ petition, the petitioner also requests to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate necessary legal action, as per procedure established by law, against respondents 3 to 7 pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner.

I have heard the submissions of Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the relief sought for in the writ petition, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of with appropriate directions.

In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petition/complaint, dated 03.06.2014, of the petitioner and, if necessary, initiate necessary legal action, as per procedure established by law, against respondents 3 to 7 in respect of the constructions being said to have been made illegally by them at Jhansi bazaar, Golconda Fort, Hyderabad. It is needless to state that the necessary exercise in this regard shall be initiated by the respondents 1 and 2 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

and that the petitioner be informed about the action taken and the result of the action taken within a reasonable time thereafter. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
