Common Order :

These Writ Petitions are filed with common grievance viz., that respondent No.2 is proposing to evict the petitioners from the shops in their respective occupation.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the

parties have submitted that this Court has disposed of similar Writ Petitions viz., W.P.Nos.2061 and 29159 of 2015 on 30-11-2015 by granting the petitioners therein three months' time to vacate the shops, if they are in occupation of the same, and hand over the same to respondent No.2. Both the learned Counsel requested for disposal of these Writ Petitions in similar terms.

Accordingly, this batch of Writ Petitions is disposed of by granting three months' time to the petitioners herein for vacting and handing over possession of the shops in their respective occupation.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petitions, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
