Sri Vishal Menda v. The State Of Telangana

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 36426 of 2017 O R D E R:- The petitioner vindicates the same grievance canvassed before the State Human Rights Commission.

This Court is not persuaded to entertain the writ petition while the matter is still pending before the Human Rights Commission.

The writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to approach this Court as and when relief or order is passed by the Human Rights Commission. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
