This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent- the Station House Officer, Lingampally Police Station, in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners with regard to open plots bearing No.3, 4, 5 to 7, admeasuring 534 Sq.Yards, 534 Sq.Yards and 1033.66 Sq.Yards, respectively, forming part of Sy.No.220/A, Block No.21, Kanukunta Residential Area of Ramachandrapuram Village and Mandal, Medak District, belonging to the petitioners.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that police are not interfering with the civil disputes with regard to the subject property and that no crime is registered against the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid categorical assertion of the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, the allegation made by the petitioners is only an apprehension. More so, no other material is placed on record to show that the police are interfering with the civil disputes of the subject property. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to workout their remedies in
accordance with law against private parties. No order as to costs.
