HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38862 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner' s representation dated 25.09.2018 for installing the horizontal saw mill in addition to the present existing vertical saw mill at Sri Venkateswara Saw Mill, Kollapur, Nagarkurnool District, Telangana District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) The Government Pleader for Forest would submit that the request of the petitioner for installing the horizontal saw mill in addition to the present existing vertical saw mill may not be considered basing on the representation made. 3) Having regard to the above submission, the request of the petitioner for the purpose of installing horizontal saw mill at Sri Venkateswara Saw Mill, Kollapur, Nagarkurnool District, cannot be considered.

However, the petitioner herein, if he is otherwise entitled to, shall make an application in accordance with the procedure established under law by enclosing necessary documents and prescribed fees, before the appropriate authority, in which event, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
