HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38827 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in issuing Electronic pattadar passbook and title deed as applied on 18-01-2018 through meeseva in Application No.M0011604530127 basing on ryotwari patta dated 14-09-1958 issued in favour of the 1st petitioner in respect of land in sy.No.82 of Thonukumala village over an extent of Ac.11-70 cents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on written instructions submits that the Tahsildar after conducting enquiry directed the petitioners to produce a copy of ryotwari certificate and relevant documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have produced the same.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
