THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34584 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard Mr.N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, counsel for petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri Hanumantha Rao for respondent No.4.
The writ prayer is substantially against respondents 1 to 3 either in not conducting investigation of Crime No.21 of 2017 properly or pressurizing the petitioner to compromise with 4th respondent.
The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent after preliminary investigation, arrested 4th respondent and the investigation is proceeding in accordance with law.
This Court, after taking note of the statement made by the Assistant Government Pleader is of the view that continuing to keep the writ petition pending in this Court is not desirable, for the 3rd respondent ought to be allowed to investigate objectively and freely.
By placing the statement of Assistant Government Pleader on record, the Writ Petition is closed as no further order is necessary for the present. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
