HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.38027 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " .... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein in calling the G.P.A. Holder of the petitioners to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes with regard to the land in Survey Nos.34/ AA, 34/ AA, 34/ E, 34/ EE/ 2 34/ EE/ 1 respectively admeasuring land Ac. 0-211⁄2 Guntas, Ac. 0.21 Guntas, Ac.0.211⁄2 Guntas, Ac. 0-11 Guntas and Ac. 0.101⁄2 Guntas, total admeasuring Ac: 2-06 Guntas, situated at Neknampur Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without any authority or jurisdiction as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein not to cause interference in the civil disputes in respect of the above said land....." .

This Court, after perusing the material and particularly, having regard to the photographs filed along with the writ affidavit, is of the view that the matter requires examination of title, entitlement and identity of property.

The counsel for petitioners seeks liberty to work out all remedies in the suit already filed or intended to file in this behalf. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
