HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.39145 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction in completing investigation in Crime No.278 of 2015 on the file of RGI Airport Police Station, Cyberabad registered on 23.9.2015 is complained in the present Writ Petition.

The investigation admittedly is pending as on today. Perusing the F.I.R. and the grievance of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the third respondent takes up the pending investigation and either files a charge sheet or a final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
