HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38571 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " .... to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening to pay the finance amount to the respondent No. 4 on behalf of the respondent No.3 otherwise to implicate in false cases as illegal, arbitrary, high handed, violation of Article 19 of the Constitution of India, and violative of procedure prescribed under the Cr.P.C consequently direct the respondents not to interfere into the personal liberty of the petitioner... " .

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) on instructions submits that no case is registered against the petitioner and he is not at all required in any case. It is stated that police never called the petitioner to police station, as alleged by the petitioner.

By placing on record the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
