When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Subramanyam Daraboina, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments the petitioner has been handed over a Demand Draft for Rs.1,00,00,000/-, by the 4th respondent, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition as not pressed. Recording the submission made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
