Vinay Patel Son Of Ramesh Patel, v. The State Of Telangana Represented By Its Principal
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Petition No.36797 of 2017 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The only grievance with which the petitioners have come up with the above writ petition is that a bail application pending before the 3rd respondent, is being adjourned from time to time for the past 22 days.
2. Heard Mr. V.Ramchander Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned Government Pleader for Law and Legislature Affairs (Telangana) takes notice for the respondents.
3. It appears that there was no Presiding Officer for some time in the Court of the 3rd respondent. But now there is a Presiding Officer and the matter stands posted to 06-11-2017.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the bail application on 06-11-2017. The Police shall cooperate in the matter of hearing of the bail application. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
