THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI Writ Appeal No.1617 of 2017 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} This appeal, under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, is preferred against the ad interim order passed by the Learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P.No.39667 of 2017 in W.P.No.31837 of 2017 dated 21.09.2017. Ordinarily, this Court would not entertain an appeal against an ad interim order, as the appellants can as well file a petition before the Learned Single Judge seeking vacation of the ad interim order passed by him.

Leaving it open to the appellants to file a petition in the writ petition to vacate the interim order, the Writ Appeal fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
