THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2635 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner has preferred the present criminal revision case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.,) being aggrieved by the order dated 31.10.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2847 of 2015 in crime No.251 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothagudem, Khammam District, whereby the learned trial Judge dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner/de facto complainant to direct the investigating agency to seize the Cable Network Control room.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 03.12.2015 pln
