HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27896 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made representation dated 13.06.2016 for fixing the boundaries and for issuance of B-Form patta in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.70 cents, covered by R.S.No.143 of Kadiyam Pothavaram Village, G.Konduru Mandal, Krishna District. But the 4th respondent without giving any reasons passed the impugned order dated 21.04.2016 rejecting the application of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.

Though in the impugned Endorsement it is stated that the reasons for rejection are approved, no reasoned order is placed before this Court even after granting two adjournments. In view of the same, the impugned Endorsement dated 21.04.2015 is set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
