The writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of the 4th respondent on petitioner's application dated 18-052018 and meeseva application dated 16-08-2018 under form VI-A Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") submitted for grant of pattadar passbook-cum-title deed and mutation of his name in revenue records in respect of agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.2-36 guntas, Ac.1-06 guntas in sy.Nos 323/AA and 323/AA2 respectively situated in Bodulabanda Revenue Village, Nelakondapalli Mandal of Khammam District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
