HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38981 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of respondent vide U.C.R.No.UC/47/2018, dated 28.09.2018, directing the petitioner to remove the construction made in D.No.3-1-264/1/A, Ranadevnagar, Bhuktapur, Adilabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent placed on record the instructions indicating the shortfalls found in the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of building permission and if fulfilled, the application would be processed in accordance with law.

4) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein would fulfill all the objections and shortfalls noted. 5) Having regard to the above, this Court feels that no further orders are necessary. However, the petitioner shall fulfill the objections raised in the shortfall letter dated 13.07.2018, within a period of two weeks from today, in which event, the authorities shall pass appropriate orders, within

a period of two weeks thereafter. Till such time, status-quo as on today to be maintained with regard to the property in dispute. 6) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
