THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38131 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction in registering FIR and investigating the complaint dated 16.01.2016 is canvassed in the present writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the complaint was enquired into but the outcome could not be informed to petitioner and the 4th respondent will follow the procedure and inform the outcome of enquiry on complaint dated 16.01.2016 to petitioner within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petitioner, on receipt of such information, can workout the remedies.

Writ petition is disposed of, accordingly, No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
