HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.38855 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking any action on the representation dated 19.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner seeking to remove the unauthorized construction in the premises bearing No.22-227, inside Dabeerpura, Hyderabad and also encroachment of the public road in front of the above said house, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to remove the unauthorized construction in the premises bearing No.22-227, inside Dabeerpura, Hyderabad and also encroachment of the public road in front of the above said house, on 19.10.2018, no action has been taken so far.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, would submit that a direction may be given to the respondents 1 and 2, to pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2, to deal with the representation dated 19.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to remove the unauthorized construction in the premises bearing No.22-227, inside Dabeerpura, Hyderabad and also encroachment on the public road in front of the above said house, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
