P. Bheema Rayudu, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh Rep. By Its Principal
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.45296 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard Sri M.Janardhan Rao for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. The petitioner complains against inaction of 2nd respondent in considering and passing orders on the stay petition filed by petitioner along with appeal on 17-12-2016 as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on him. In the appeal filed on 17-12-2016, the petitioner challenges suspension pending enquiry passed by the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.M.4434/ 2016, dated 19-11-2016.
As the prayer is against inaction, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
The 2nd respondent is directed to hear and dispose of the stay petition filed on 17-12-2016 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 2nd respondent is also directed to dispose of the appeal filed on 17-12-2016 within three months thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. ______________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 26-12-2016 Prv
