THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI CMA NO. 253 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against the order dated 26.2.2016 in I.A.No. 1412 of 2015 in O.S.No. 1387 of 2015 on the file of XVI-Addl. District and Sessions Judge-cum-XVI-Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-III-Family Judge, Ranga Reddy district at Malkajgiri. Mr. T. Bala Mohan Reddy, counsel representing Ms. P. Rajani Reddy, counsel for appellants submitted that the parties have settled their disputes out of Court and that he is instructed by the appellants to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
