THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39571 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had preferred an appeal on 11.05.2015 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.25.04.2015 of the 3rd respondent along with a stay application and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same even though six months has elapsed since its filing.

3. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the stay application, if not already disposed of, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also decide the appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is allowed, directing the 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 11.05.2015 challenging the order dt.25.04.2015 of the 3rd respondent, if not already decided, within a period of two

(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; he shall also decide the appeal within six (06) weeks from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
