HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.8502 of 2016 ORDER:- This petition is filed, to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.55 of 2016 of P.S.Vatsavai, by the petitioner who is aged more than 24 years. The petitioner is the sister of the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant.

The allegation is that the petitioner herein along with one Chilaka Inna Reddy left the home and got married and proof thereof has been filed. The brother of the petitioner filed the complaint, on the basis of which it is alleged that the concerned police are trying to interfere with the marital life of the petitioner and her husband. In that view of the matter, the concerned police i.e., Vatsavai P.S. of Krishna District are directed not to interfere with the petitioner/accused in her living with her husband with whom she has legally married as both of them are aged more than 24 years.
