THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1460 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, dated 26.02.2015, dismissing I.A.No.379 of 2014 in O.S.No.1219 of 2013, which was filed by the petitioner herein/defendant for sending Ex.A1 - Promissory note, to the expert for comparison with her admitted signatures.

Though this Civil Revision Petition was filed in the month of April, 2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, none appeared for the petitioner.

The Civil Revision Petition is, therefore, dismissed for default/non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
