THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11950 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 in Cr.No.150 of 2018 on the file of the Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 and 406 IPC, along with their counsel are present. Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra. It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that chargesheet is filed before the XV Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampaly, who taken cognizance and numbered as C.C.No.217 of 2018. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 are allowed.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.217 of 2018 (Cr.No.150 of 2018 of the Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad) on the file of XV Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampaly, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
