THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36348 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr M.A.Mujeeb counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioner complains against inaction of respondent No.5 in investigating Crime No.75 of 2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader places before the Court the final report said to have been filed on 27.07.2017 before the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally.

Since the final report is already filed, the grievance of inaction in investigating the Crime need not be considered. Petitioner, if aggrieved by the final report, can certainly work out remedies available under Criminal Procedure Code. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
