HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.38878 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in not disposing of the representation dated 14.8.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to lay a CC Road as well as laying the drainage, as per the resolution dated 24.10.2014 for item No.35 and 12.5.2015, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 3 to 5, seeking to lay a CC Road as well as laying the drainage, as per the resolution dated 24.10.2014 for item No.35, no action has been taken so far. Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, would submit that a direction may be given to the 4th respondent, to pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondents, to deal with the representation dated 14.08.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to lay a CC Road as well as laying the drainage, as per the resolution dated 24.10.2014 for item No.35, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
