THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22653 of 2016 ORDER:

Order dated 02.07.2016 in Rc.No.K6/327/2016 passed by the appellate authority i.e. Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Anantapuramu-4th respondent herein, confirming the order of cancellation of authorization passed by the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Anantapuramu, is challenged in this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner made an effort to question the findings on facts recorded by the 2nd and 4th respondents. At the same time, learned counsel also submits that the petitioner had one more opportunity of approaching the Collector by way of revision. As the petitioner desires to avail the remedy of revision, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision. As and when such revision is filed, subject to the condition of the same being filed within limitation, the same shall be disposed of by the revisional authority in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
