No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 20.12.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
