Learned counsel for the petitioner says that petitioner made representation dated 21-08-2017 in respect of his grievance in the writ petition and also says that writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the same.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation dated 21-08-2017 made by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
