This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in issuing proceedings bearing Roc No.779/2016/J.A/A3, dated 14.09.2016, to demolish the building of the petitioner's Tea Centre, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, dismissal of this writ petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
