Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 23-10-2017 in respect of his grievance in the writ petition and sought a direction for disposal of the same, though he challenges the conditions in the impugned G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 16-10-2017.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, there shall be direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 23-10-2017 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
