THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.34064 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to raise the structures for Market Yard and interfering in the land of the petitioner in Survey No.363/30 admeasuring Ac.4.00 guntas situated at Naganool Village of Nagarkurnool Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, without following the due procedure, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted an application to respondent Nos.7 and 8 to demarcate the land of the petitioner, which is situated in Survey No.363/30.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.7 and 8 to demarcate the land of the petitioner in Survey No.363/30 admeasuring Ac.4.00 guntas situated at Naganool Village of Nagarkurnool Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, in pursuance of the application made by the petitioner on 02.05.2017 vide Challan No.1027. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
